If you had told me years ago that one day I’d be helping women rise above their past, rebuild their confidence, and finally step into a life they love while raising my son and working full-time...
I would’ve shaken my head and thought, “Not me.”
Because back then, I was exhausted. Stuck in survival mode. Wondering if my past had already written the story of my future.
But I believe your past doesn’t get the final say. You do.
I wasn’t the girl who had it all figured out. I was shy, anxious, and carried more than my fair share of heavy stories. Trauma, addiction, and setbacks marked my teenage years. I left traditional high school, battled anxiety and depression, and wondered if I’d ever break free.
But even in the darkest seasons, there was a whisper inside me:
“You’re capable of more.”
That whisper became my lifeline.
I fought my way forward, finished school, worked through college (earning my marketing degree with honors), and climbed the corporate ladder all the way to an executive role. I checked the boxes of “success” - career, home, financial stability.
And yet, I felt empty. Burnout had replaced joy. Hustle had replaced purpose.
Life had other plans. After walking through a painful divorce, I found love again and eventually became a mom at 41. My son changed everything. He gave me the clearest why I’ve ever had.
With him, I realized something important:
I didn’t just want success. I wanted freedom.
I wanted to create a life, not just a living.
I wanted to break cycles, not repeat them.
And that meant I had to start building a different way forward.
Today, I help women who feel stuck, broken down by their past, or overwhelmed by their present - see that they are not defined by where they’ve been.
I guide women in:
Because here’s what I believe with every fiber of my being:
If I can go from being a shy, anxious, broken girl → to a burned-out corporate exec → to a woman rebuilding her life and creating freedom on her terms—
So can you.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to decide your story isn’t over yet.
And I’ll be here to remind you every step of the way:
You are capable. You are worthy. And your future is yours to create.
Let’s rise, together.
